Stan Glander – CEO & President

Stan was born in the Aloha state of Hawaii but has lived in the midwest and both coasts of the United States. Starting in the food & beverage industry then moving into the hospitality industry seemed liked a natural progression but becoming an entrepreneur was the special sauce in his career recipe. With stints in restaurants, meeting facilities, theme parks and hotels, his expansive experience paved the way for owning his own businesses. His experience of a COO in a major hotel company on the East Coast was the catalyst that propelled him to owning Kono’s Northshore. His return to Hawaii  led him back to the creativity and love of food & service with Kono’s Northshore. A single location gave way to multiple locations as well as branching off into other entrepreneurial ventures. Stan spends time in both Hawaii and Las Vegas building his businesses. Kono’s Northshore fuels his desire to bring freedom, fresh, and fun to others looking for the same with the passion to make it happen. Life begins at the end of your comfort zone!

Zach Glander – VP of Operations

Zach is a seasoned operations leader with a strong background in customer service, leadership, and business growth. Originally from the Midwest, he began his career in call center customer care, where he developed a deep understanding of client needs and effective communication. From there, he transitioned into warehouse management, honing his skills in inventory control, team leadership, and operational efficiency. These experiences laid a solid foundation for his rise to Vice President of Operations in the quick-service restaurant industry.In his role as VP of Operations, Zach has been instrumental in expanding the business from a single location to a thriving chain of 5 restaurants. His hands-on approach and comprehensive involvement in every facet of the business—from site selection and staffing to supply chain management and customer experience—have been a part of the success of this growth. With a focus on continuous improvement and strategic planning, Zach is dedicated to creating seamless operations and exceptional service that drive customer loyalty and long-term success.

Christopher Campbell – Director of Franchise Development 

Christopher grew up in Southern California and took to working in the family business of restaurants at an early age. He has worked in every position from and including busboy to President with recognized national brands like Jamba Juice, Chipotle, Noodles & Co. & Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse Co. Over the last 15 years, he branched out, operated and sold his own restaurant concept, along with a successful candy brittle startup called the Beach Bark Brittle Co.  Christopher resides in Las Vegas, NV with his wife Maile and 3 children. Operations and Developing people are his passion, and he is excited to say Aloha and to support your journey to Freedom, with a Kono’s Northshore of your very own.

Jayda Allianic – Marketing and Sales Manager

Jayda Allianic, the Marketing and Sales Manager for Kono’s Northshore, brings extensive experience in marketing and entrepreneurship to the team. Originally from Southern California, Jayda’s journey into marketing began with her own jewelry business, where she discovered her talent for crafting brand stories and connecting with customers. Since joining Kono’s Northshore, Jayda has played a hands-on role in driving the brand’s growth, using her creativity and strategic approach to elevate marketing initiatives and boost visibility across all locations. Her efforts have been instrumental in expanding the brand’s presence and success. Being a part of the Kono’s Northshore team brings an extra layer of fun, fresh perspectives, and freedom to explore creative ideas every day. Jayda loves being in an environment where there’s always a chance to grow, collaborate, and enjoy the laid-back island vibe that makes Kono’s Northshore so unique.
